As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the service we provide, we are pleased to inform you that we will be migrating your account, hosted on server texas.serveradept.com, to a new server on 20th September 2024 at 18:00 UTC. This upgrade is aimed at enhancing the reliability, performance, scalability, and high availability of your services.
The migration will involve minimal downtime, and your websites, emails, databases, and other account components should remain accessible throughout the process. We are confident this change will significantly improve the performance of your website.
For your reference, the new server IP address will be 15.204.233.172. If your domains are registered with us, no action is required on your part. However, if you are using private name servers, please update them as follows:
Name Server 1:
ns1.brandname.com
Old IP: 51.222.157.233
New IP: 15.204.233.172
Name Server 2:
ns2.brandname.com
Old IP: 192.95.20.130
New IP: 135.148.65.184
The default name servers for your hosting account will remain unchanged (ns53.serveradept.com and ns54.serveradept.com) and no action required from your end if you are using it. If you are using third-party name servers or DNS hosting services, please update any A or MX records pointing to the old IP (51.222.157.233) with the new IP address (15.204.233.172). For domains using Cloudflare, you will need to update the records in the Cloudflare control panel.
Additionally, if you have configured any email clients (e.g., Outlook) to use the old IP (51.222.157.233) as the incoming or outgoing mail server, please update this to the new IP (15.204.233.172).
Please note that while the migration is designed to be seamless, there may be minor issues with websites or services that require attention post-migration. Our team will be available to assist with any troubleshooting.
You will be able to access the new control panel via the following URLs:

- https://15.204.233.172:2082
The old server will remain accessible using your existing login details at IP address 51.222.157.233 for the next five days following the migration, allowing you to download, copy, or verify any data. After this period, the old server will be decommissioned.
