Kindly Read This Terms Of Service Agreement Carefully, As It Contains Important Information Regarding Your Legal Rights And Remedies.

1. TOS Overview

These Terms Of Service (The "Agreement") Set Forth The Terms And Conditions Of Your Use Of Hosting And Related Services ("Services"). In This Agreement "You" And "Your" Refer To You As The User Of Our Services, Or Any Agent, Employee, Servant Or Person Authorized To Act On Your Behalf. "We", "Us" And "Our" Refer To Hifivehost Webhosting Service. These Terms Of Service Have Been Made To Advance The Trustworthiness, Security, Dependability And Protection Of Company's Offices, Network, And Customer Data Contained Within. Each Time You Access And/Or Use Your Account Or Permit Someone Else To Use It To Purchase Or Otherwise Acquire Access To Additional Services Or To Cancel Your Services (Even If We Are Not Notified Of This Authorization), You Signify Your Agreement To The Terms And Conditions Contained In This Agreement.

2. Term Of Agreement; Modification

You Agree That Hifivehost May Modify This Agreement And The Services It Offers To You From Time To Time. You Agree To Be Bound By Any Changes Hifivehost May Reasonably Make To This Agreement When Such Changes Are Made. If You Have Purchased Services From Hifivehost, The Terms And Conditions Of This Agreement Shall Continue In Full Force And Effect As Long As You Take Advantage Of And Use The Services. Your Use Of This Site Or The Services After Such Changes To This Agreement Or Change In Services, You Agree To Abide By And Be Bound By Any Such Revisions Or Changes. You Agree That You Will Check The Terms And Conditions Periodically And That If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By This Agreement As Last Revised, Do Not Use (Or Continue To Use) This Site Or The Services.

3. Eligibility; Authority

This Site And The Services Are Available Only To Users Who Can Form Legally Binding Contracts Under Applicable Law. By Using This Site Or The Services, You Represent And Warrant That You Are (I) At Least Eighteen (18) Years Of Age, (Ii) Otherwise Recognized As Being Able To Form Legally Binding Contracts Under Applicable Law, And (Iii) Are Not A Person Barred From Purchasing Or Receiving The Services Found Under The Laws Of The United States Or Other Applicable Jurisdiction. If You Are Entering Into This Agreement On Behalf Of A Corporate Entity, You Represent And Warrant That You Have The Legal Authority To Bind Such Corporate Entity To The Terms And Conditions Contained In This Agreement, In Which Case The Terms “You”, “Your”, “User” Or “Customer” Shall Refer To Such Corporate Entity. If, After Your Electronic Acceptance Of This Agreement, Hifivehost Finds That You Do Not Have The Legal Authority To Bind Such Corporate Entity, You Will Be Personally Responsible For The Obligations Contained In This Agreement, Including, But Not Limited To, The Payment Obligations. Hifivehost Shall Not Be Liable For Any Loss Or Damage Resulting From Hifivehost’S Reliance On Any Instruction, Notice, Document Or Communication Reasonably Believed By Hifivehost To Be Genuine And Originating From An Authorized Representative Of Your Corporate Entity. If There Is Reasonable Doubt About The Authenticity Of Any Such Instruction, Notice, Document Or Communication, Hifivehostreserves The Right (But Undertakes No Duty) To Require Additional Authentication From You. You Further Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of This Agreement For Transactions Entered Into By You, Anyone Acting As Your Agent And Anyone Who Uses Your Account Or The Services, Whether Or Not Authorized By You.

4. Your Accounts

In Order To Access Some Of The Features Of This Site Or Use Some Of The Services, You Will Have To Create An Account. You Represent And Warrant To Hifivehost That All Information You Submit When You Create Your Account Is Accurate, Current And Complete, And That You Will Keep Your Account Information Accurate, Current And Complete. If Hifivehost Has Reason To Believe That Your Account Information Is Inaccurate, Not Current, False, Misleading Or Incomplete, Hifivehost Reserves The Right, In Its Sole And Absolute Discretion, To Suspend Or Terminate Your Account. You Are Solely Responsible For The Activity That Occurs On Your Account, Whether Authorized By You Or Not, And You Must Keep Your Account Information Secure, Including Without Limitation Your Customer Number/Login, Password, Payment Method(S) (As Defined Below). For Security Purposes, Hifivehost Recommends That You Change Your Password At Least Once Every Six (7) Months For Each Account. You Must Notify Hifivehost Immediately Of Any Breach Of Security Or Unauthorized Use Of Your Account. Hifivehost Will Not Be Liable For Any Loss You Incur Due To Any Unauthorized Use Of Your Account. You, However, May Be Liable For Any Loss Hifivehost Or Others Incur Caused By Your Account, Whether Caused By You, Or By An Authorized Person, Or By An Unauthorized Person.

5. Availability Of Website/Services

Subject To The Terms And Conditions Of This Agreement And Our Other Policies And Procedures, We Shall Use Commercially Reasonable Efforts To Attempt To Provide This Site And The Services On A Twenty-Four (24) Hours A Day, Seven (7) Days A Week Basis. You Acknowledge And Agree That From Time To Time This Site May Be Inaccessible Or Inoperable For Any Reason Including, But Not Limited To, Equipment Malfunctions; Periodic Maintenance, Repairs Or Replacements That We Undertake From Time To Time; Or Causes Beyond Our Reasonable Control Or That Are Not Reasonably Foreseeable Including, But Not Limited To, Interruption Or Failure Of Telecommunication Or Digital Transmission Links, Hostile Network Attacks, Network Congestion Or Other Failures. You Acknowledge And Agree That We Have No Control Over The Availability Of This Site Or The Service On A Continuous Or Uninterrupted Basis, And That We Assume No Liability To You Or Any Other Party With Regard Thereto.

6. Product Credits

You Accept And Agree That Any Product Credit (“Credit”) You Receive, Whether For Redemption Of A Particular Product Or For Free With The Purchase Of Another Product (“Purchased Product”), Is Only Valid For One (1) Year And Is Only Available With A Valid Purchase, And That It May Be Terminated If The Product Purchased Is Removed, Cancelled, Moved, Or Not Renewed. If The Credit Is Not Redeemed Within One (1) Year Of The Date Of Purchase Of The Purchased Product, It Will Expire. After The Initial Subscription Period, If The Credit Is Used, The Product Will Automatically Renew At The Then-Current Renewal Price Until Cancelled. You May Cancel The Product's Automatic Renewal By Going To Your Account Or Initiating A Live Chat To Our Billing Department.If Your Purchased Product Contains A Free Domain Name, The List Price For The Domain Name Will Be Deducted From The Refund Sum If You Cancel The Purchased Product. The List Price Is The Price Of The Domain Name As It Appears On Hifivehost's Website And Is Not Subject To Any Promotion, Discount, Or Other Price Reduction.
You Acknowledge And Agree That If You Receive A Credit For Free With Another Purchased Product, We May Exchange Your Credit For A Similar Product At Our Sole Discretion.

7. General Rules Of Conduct

7.1 You Agree To Our Acceptable Use Policy (Aup).

7.2 You Acknowledge And Agree That Any Attempt To Undermine Or Harm Any Of Our Servers Is Strictly Prohibited.

7.3 If You Misuse The Resources We Provide In Any Way, We Reserve The Unqualified Right To Deactivate Your Account Immediately And Without Refund.

7.4 We Reserve The Right To Disable/Delete Any Feature Or Application Provided On Shared Hosting Service Without Notice If That Feature/Application Is Deemed Harmful And/Or Impairs The Overall Health And Performance Of The Web Server.

7.5 If You Are Abusive To Any Member Of Our Staff, We Reserve The Right To Cancel Your Account Without Refund.

8. Monitoring Of Content; Account Termination Policy

8.1 Hifivehost Does Not Generally Pre-Screen User Content (Whether Posted To A Website Hosted By Hifivehost Or Posted To This Site).

8.2 Hifivehost Reserves The Right (But Assumes No Obligation) To Determine Whether Any Item Of User Content Is Appropriate And/Or Complies With This Agreement. Hifivehost May, At Any Time And Without Prior Notice, Remove Any Item Of User Content (Whether Posted To A Website Hosted By Hifivehost Or Posted To This Site) And/Or Terminate A User's Access To This Site Or The Services Found At This Site For Posting Or Publishing Any Material In Violation Of This Agreement, Or For Otherwise Violating This Agreement (As Determined By Hifivehost In Its Sole And Absolute Discretion), Or Late/Non-Payment Of Invoices Due. Hifivehost May Also Suspend A User's Access To This Site Or The Services Available On This Site If Hifivehost Believes The User Is A Repeat Offender. If Hifivehost Terminates Your Access To This Site Or The Services Available On This Site, Hifivehost Reserves The Right, In Its Sole And Absolute Discretion, To Remove And Destroy Any Data And Files Stored By You On Its Servers.

8.3 Hifivehost Reserve The Right To Close Any Account If The Account Holder Informs Us That They Have Initiated Or Are About To Initiate Legal Proceedings Against Us. Clients Will Be Given Notice Of The Scheduled Termination Date, Allowing Them To Switch To A New Provider And Take Any Backups.

9. The Impact Of Termination

If Your Account Is Terminated Or Expires For Any Reason, You Must Pay Us All Outstanding Balances On Your Account Within 14 Working Days.

10. Client Data & Backups

10.1. We Back Up All Shared Hosting Platforms On A Daily Basis, Which Includes The Following:

10.1.1. While We Will Make Every Effort To Safeguard And Backup Client Data On A Regular Basis, We Cannot Guarantee The Presence, Correctness, Or Regularity Of The Backup. As A Result, You Are Solely Responsible For Creating Backup Files In Connection With Your Use Of The Services.

10.1.2. You Acknowledge And Agree That Any Backups We Make Will Not Include Any Video/Audio Media Files.

10.2. We Do Not Back Up Vps, Virtual Machine And Dedicated Servers Unless You Purchase A Backup Plan From Us For The Service You've Chosen.

10.3. You Acknowledge That You Use Any Of Our Backup Services At Your Own Risk; While We Will Make All Reasonable Efforts To Make The Service Accessible, Secure, And Free Of Corruption, Backup Services Are Sold "As Is" And Without Warranty, And We Will Not Be Liable For Any Loss, Claim, Or Damage Resulting From A Failed Backup.

10.4. We Have No Idea Of Data You Store On Your Hosting Including Its Value And Quantity. While Our Services Are Built To Be Resilient, And We Do Offer Data Loss Mitigation Services, We Accept No Responsibility For The Loss Of Data, Income, Contracts, Or Business.

11. Bandwidth

11.1. We Will Notify You If Your Service Has A Bandwidth Restriction And It Is Exceeded. If You Refuse To Purchase Additional Bandwidth Or Upgrade Your Services And Continue To Exceed The Limit, Your Service Will Be Suspended Until You Show Us That You Have Taken Steps To Ensure That The Limit Will Not Be Exceeded Again, Or Until You Upgrade Your Account, Whichever Comes First. When Your Bandwidth Allowance Refreshes The Next Month, The Service Will Be Reactivated.

11.2. Unmetered Bandwidth Is Available With Some Plans. Unmetered Means That We Do Not Accurately Record And Then Enforce Your Plan's Bandwidth Usage Unless It Is Found To Be Excessive. Excessive Consumption Is Defined As Using More Than 20% Of The Total Bandwidth Available To The Physical Server Or Impairing The Server's Performance To The Prejudice Of Other Clients, As Decided By Our Staff. When Such Occurrences Occur, We Retain The Right To Suspend Service Immediately If The Amount Of Use Continues To Impact Other Users. In Other Circumstances, We Will Make An Effort To Contact You To Discuss The Usage. If Your Site's Usual Usage Routinely Exceeds This Usage, We Have The Right To Levy Additional Costs.

12. Limitation Of Liability

12.1. In No Event Shall Hifivehost, Its Directors, Employees, Agents, And All Third Party Service Providers, Be Liable To You Or Any Other Person Or Entity For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Special, Punitive, Or Consequential Damages Whatsoever, Including Any That May Result From
(i) The Site's Accuracy, Completeness, Or Content,
(ii) The Correctness, Completeness, Or Content Of Any Sites Linked To This Site (Through Hyperlinks, Banner Advertising, Or Otherwise),
(iii) The Services Available At This Site Or Any Other Sites Linked To This Site ,
(iv) Any Personal Injury Or Property Damage Of Any Kind,
(v) Any Third-Party Conduct Of Any Kind,
(Vi) Any Unauthorized Access To Or Use Of Our Servers And/Or Any And All Content, Personal Information, Financial Information, Or Other Information And Data Stored Therein,
(viii) Any Interruption Or Cessation Of Services To Or From This Site Or Any Sites Linked
(ix) Any Defamatory, Harassing, Abusive, Harmful To Minors Or Any Protected Class, Pornographic, "X-Rated", Obscene, Or Otherwise Obscene User Content, And/Or
(x) Any Loss Or Damage Of Any Kind Incurred As A Result Of Your Use Of This Site Or The Services Available On This Site, Whether Based On Warranty, Contract, Tort, Or Any Other Legal Or Equitable Theory, And Whether Or Not Hifivehost Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages. Additionally, You Specifically Acknowledge And Agree That Hifivehost's Total Aggregate Liability Shall In No Event Exceed $1,000.00 Us Dollars.

12.2. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, transportation interruption or delay, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third-party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third-party software or hardware, or difficulty to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power required for the provision of the Services.

13. Indemnity

The client agrees to defend, indemnify, save, and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable legal fees, asserted against us, our agents, customers, officers, and employees, that may arise or result from the Customer's acts or omissions in connection with their use of the Services.

14. Accepted Use Policy

Hifivehost's Accepted Use Policy (“Aup”), Covers Account Usage And Content And Is In Place To Protect Our Network And Customers From Abuse That May Affect Other Sites Or Services Hosted On Our Network. You Agree To Maintain Your Website In Full Compliance With The Terms And Conditions Set Forth In The Aup. We May Modify This Aup At Any Time By Posting A Revised Version On The Hifivehost Website And/Or Services. You Acknowledge And Agree That:

14.1. General Prohibitions

14.1.1. Your Use Of This Site And The Services , Including Any Content You Submit, Will Comply With This Agreement, Any Applicable Services Agreement Or Policy That May Apply To Your Services And All Applicable Local, State, National And International Laws, Rules And Regulations.

14.1.2. You Won't Gather Or Reap (Or License Any Other Person To Gather Or Collect) Any User Content (As Characterized Underneath) Or Any Non-Public Or Personally Identifiable Information About Another User Or Any Other Person Or Entity Without Their Express Prior Written Consent.

14.1.3. You Shall Not Use Our Website, Systems, Network Or Any Of Our Services For Any Of The Following.
(I) Use Of The Services To Engage In, Further, Promote, Or Encourage Illegal Conduct Or Activities
(Ii) Promotes, Encourages Or Engages In Child Pornography Or The Exploitation Of Children Or Depictions Of Nudity Or Sexual Activity Obtained Or Disseminated Without The Consent Of Those Depicted (Iii) Promotes, Encourages Or Engages In Terrorism, Violence Against People, Animals, Or Property
(Iv) Promotes, Encourages Or Engages In Any Spam Or Other Unsolicited Bulk Email, Or Computer Or Network Hacking Or Cracking;
(V) Offering Or Disseminating Fraudulent Goods, Services, Schemes, Or Promotions
(Vi) Infringes On The Intellectual Property Rights Of Another User Or Any Other Person Or Entity;
(Vii) Violates The Privacy Or Publicity Rights Of Another User Or Any Other Person Or Entity, Or Breaches Any Duty Of (Viii)Confidentiality That You Owe To Another User Or Any Other Person Or Entity
(Ix) Interferes With The Operation Of This Site Or The Services Found At This Site
(X) Content, Software, Or Any Other Technology That May Damage, Interfere With, Surreptitiously Intercept, Or Expropriate Any Computer System, Program, Or Data, Including Any Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Adware, Trojan Horses, Worms, Or Time Bombs
(Xi) You Will Not Perform Any False, Abusive Or Fraudulent Activity. You Will Not Perform Any Action That Imposes, Or May Impose, In Our Discretion, An Unreasonable Or Disproportionately Large Load On Our Infrastructure
(Xii) Contains False Or Deceptive Language, Or Unsubstantiated Or Comparative Claims, Regarding Hifivehost
(Xiii) Downloading, Copying Or Pirating Software And Electronic Files That Are Copyrighted Or Without Authorization
(Xiv) Irc Hosts, Bittorrent Software May Not Be Used On Any Of Our Services Due To Wide Scale Abuse.

14.2. Server Resources And Network Usage

14.2.1. Accounts Where Resources Are Shared , Including But Not Limited To Shared Hosting And Reseller Hosting, Are Subject To A Fair Use Policy.
(I) Fair Use Will Occur Where Resource Limitations Are Not Defined Or Are Described As Unlimited In The Account Specification.
(Ii) Fair Use Means That Any Single Site Can Use As Many Resources As It Wants As Long As It Doesn't Impact The Efficiency Of Other Sites Hosted On The Same Servers.
(Iii) Although It Is Extremely Uncommon, We Reserve The Right To Decide If A Website Is Considered To Be Using Excessive Resources; If We Do, We Will Suggest Remedial Action, Which May Include :

(A). The Opportunity To Minimise Your Resource Consumption By Modifying Your Application

(B). Upgrade To A More Advanced Sharing Plan Or A Virtual Private Server

14.2.2. If You Do Not Take Corrective Measures, The Website Or Programme May Be Disabled To Prevent It From Causing Harm To Other Users.

14.2.3 We Reserve The Right To Disable Or Delete Any Scripts That Pose A Potential Security Risk Or That We Determine, In Our Sole Discretion, Are Negatively Impacting Server Performance Or Network Integrity (For Example, Scripts With Established Security Vulnerabilities).

14.3. No Spam

14.3.1. Spam Transmission Is Not Tolerated By Us. We Keep An Eye On All Traffic To And From Our Web Servers For Signs Of Spam. Customers Who Are Accused Of Using Our Services To Send Spam Are Thoroughly Investigated. If We Conclude That There Is A Spam Issue, We Will Take The Necessary Steps To Fix The Situation. The Following Rate Limits Apply Where We Provide You With A Mail Service In Order To Avoid Our Ip Addresses From Being Blacklisted And Unnecessary Resource Consumption.

(I) 300 Outgoing Emails Sent Per Hour On Shared Or Reseller Hosting;

(Ii) 500 Outgoing Emails Sent Per Hour On (Vps Hosting);

14.3.2. Spam Is Described As Sending Unsolicited Commercial Email , Unsolicited Bulk Email , Or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax) To Recipients Without First Obtaining Prior Verified Consent To Receive These Communications.

14.3.3. Only Recipients Who Have "Opted-In" To Receive Messages May Receive Commercial Ads, Bulk Emails, Or Faxes. In The Footer Of The Email Or Fax, They Must Have A Valid Return Address And Reply-To Address, As Well As The Sender's Physical Address And An Opt-Out Form. If We Request It, Definitive Proof Of Opt-In For An Email Address Or Fax Number Will Be Needed.

14.3.4. We Will Re-Direct, Suspend, Or Cancel Any Web Site Hosting, Domain Registration, Email Boxes, Or Other Related Services If We Determine The Services In Question Are Being Used In Conjunction With Spam. The Registrant Or Customer Will Be Expected To Give Us An Email Indicating That They Will No Longer Send Spam Or Allow Spam To Be Sent On Their Behalf. We Could Terminate The Hosting And Email Boxes Associated With The Domain Name In Question If We Determine The Abuse Has Not Stopped After Services Have Been Restored The First Time. Customers And Recipients Of Email Produced By Our Products And Services Are Encouraged To Report Suspected Spam.

14.4. Aup Breaches

14.4.1. We Will Decide If Your Use Of Our Platform Or Services Has Resulted In A Violation Of This Reasonable Use Policy At Our Discretion. When A Breach Of This Policy Has Occurred, We May Take Such Action As We Deem Appropriate.

14.4.2. Failure To Obey This Acceptable Use Policy Is A Material Violation Of The (Terms And Conditions), And May Result In Our Taking All Or Any Of The Following Actions:

(I) Without Warning, Remove Infringing Content From Any Website Hosted By Us;

(Ii) Immediately, Temporarily, Or Permanently Revoke The Right To Use Our Platform And/Or Services.

(Iii) The Removal Of Any Posting Or Material Uploaded By You To Our Site Or Any Site Hosted By Us, Whether Temporarily Or Permanently.

(Iv) Providing Law Enforcement Officials With Any Information We Believe Is Important.

14.4.3. We Should Take Any Other Action We Reasonably Find Necessary In Addition To The Responses Outlined In This Policy.

14.4.4. We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Deactivate The Services And Your Account Immediately If We Become Aware Of Any Problem Related To The Content Or Your Use Of Our Services That Could Have A Negative Effect On Our Network, Systems, Or Other Customers.

14.4.5. If We Receive Any Takedown Notices For Copyright Infringing Material, We Reserve The Right To Delete It Without Warning, Regardless Of Whether The Takedown Notice Is True.

14.5. Changes To The Acceptable Use Policy

We Reserve The Right To Change This Acceptable Use Policy At Any Time By Updating This Page.
You Must Revisit This Page From Time To Time To Ensure That You Are Aware Of Any Updates We Make, Since They Are Legally Binding On You. Any Of The Terms In This Reasonable Usage Policy May Be Superseded By Terms Or Notices Found Elsewhere On Our Website.

15. Discontinued Services; End Of Life Policy

Hifivehost Reserves The Right To Discontinue Any Of The (I) Services Or (Ii) Individual Features, Functionalities, Or Aspects Of The Services At Any Time, For Any Reason, And Without Prior Notice. Despite Hifivehost's Best Efforts To Extend The Life Of All Of Its Services And Functions, Functionalities, Or Aspects Of The Services, There May Be Occasions When A Service Or A Particular Feature, Functionality, Or Aspect Of A Service That We Provide Is Discontinued Or Reaches Its End-Of-Life ("Eol"). If That Is The Case, Hifivehost Will No Longer Support Those Services, Or Any Particular Feature, Functionality, Or Aspect Of Those Services, In Any Way, As Of The Eol Date.

Migration And Notice If Any Of Our Services Has Reached Or Will Reach End-Of-Life Status, We Will Make Every Effort To Inform You 30 Days Or More Before The End-Of-Life Date. It Is Your Duty To Take All Appropriate Steps To Replace The Service Before The Eol Date, Either By Migrating To A New Service Or By Completely Ceasing Dependence On Said Service. In Any Case, Hifivehost Will Give You A Comparable Service For The Remainder Of Your Purchase Period, A Prorated In-Store Credit, Or A Prorated Refund, As Decided By Hifivehost In Its Sole And Utter Discretion. If Available, Hifivehost Will Migrate You To The Most Recent Version Of The Service With Or Without Notice To You. Hifivehost Would Not Be Obliged To Provide A Comparable Feature Or Functionality For The Service Or A Refund If The Service Retains At Least Fairly Equivalent Functionality Without Any Feature, Functionality, Or Aspect, As Defined By Hifivehost In Its Sole And Absolute Discretion.

There Will Be No Liability. Any Alteration, Suspension, Or Discontinuance Of Any Of The Services We May Provide Or Enable Access To Will Not Be Liable To You Or Any Third Party.

16. Fees And Payments

16.1 We accept payments done through PayPal and using CCAvenue Payment Gateway.

16.2 Ten days prior to the formal due date, invoices are generated. Payment must be made by the due date to avoid the suspension of your account. Your account will be suspended if payment is not received by the due date. We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and destroy any data held if no attempt to pay due invoice(s) is made within the next Ten days.

16.3 Written authorization is required for any change in contact information, billing cycle modifications, account upgrades/downgrades, cancellation or termination of hosting services, and must be submitted through the client area. Requests on our chat & our from non-registered email address would not be accepted. Requests on our live-chat & our from non-registered email address would not be accepted. It is important for us to establish the authenticity of the customer before carrying out such requests. The registered email address must be used for all email communications.

16.4 Account renewal reminders will be sent fifteen days prior to the due date for monthly and quarterly billing cycles, and 30 days prior to the due date for semi-annual, annual, biannual, and triannual billing cycles. This is done to provide our customers enough time to make a payment. A second reminder will be sent before the due date and the third & final reminder would be sent on the day of renewal.

16.5 All outstanding accounts will be allowed a grace period of Three days after the renewal / due date. The hosting service will be suspended on the fourth day after the account becomes past due, and an email will be issued to notify you of the suspension. Backups if purchased will be provided only after the dues have been paid during the suspension period, which is between the 4th and 10th days (both days included) of the account being past due.

16.5 We cannot guarantee that your data will be recovered after your account has been cancelled. If invoices are paid, all reasonable steps will be undertaken to recover data beyond this point, but there is no guarantee that data will be properly recovered.

16.6 We do have a system in place for automatic payments. From the customer area, you can choose which services are automatically paid.

17. Cancellations & Refunds

17.1. All cancellation requests must be sent through the client area's cancellation link, which can be found in the product information section. For further information, please contact our customer service department.

17.2. Requests for cancellations will not be accepted over the phone or over chat.

17.3. All cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, is considered a working day and it will be processed during office hours between 8 AM to 6 PM.

17.4. The charges for the free domain will be deducted from the amount to be returned in the event of a shared hosting account cancellation (if any). The domain will be free for the first year only. Charges for renewal must be paid in full at the time of renewal. The following TLDs are included in the free domain registration/transfer offer:.com,.net,.org,.biz,.info,.us, and.in.

17.5. If you cancel your hosting before the renewal date or desire to transfer your domain name to another service provider within the registration period, you may be charged domain registration/transfer fees.

17.6. Refunds are not available for WordPress Hosting, Self-Managed & Fully Managed VPS, Dedicated Servers, Software Licences, SSL Certificate, Domain registration fees, Domain transfer fees, Domain renewal fees or WHOIS protection and can be Cancelled at end of Billing Cycle.

17.7. Refunds will only be processed to the originating payment media (e.g. PayPal)

17.8. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process, and the time it takes for your funds to arrive is entirely dependent on the payment method.

18. Money Back Guarantee

18.1. All shared hosting, and reseller plan users are covered by a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. Within the first 30 days of account setup, if you discover the services to be insufficient or unacceptable, you are entitled to a full refund of the contract fee.

18.2. Any add-ons are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to decide if to issue pro-rata refunds under such circumstances.

18.3. Only first-time signups are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Sign-ups for the second and subsequent times are not eligible.

18.4 The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to WordPress Hosting, Self-Managed & Fully Managed VPS, Dedicated Servers, Software Licences,SSL Certificate, Domain registration fees, Domain transfer fees, Domain renewal fees or WHOIS protection.

19. Modification of Terms of Service

At any time, we retain the right to amend or change these terms of service. The most recent terms of service published on this website apply to all customers.
